I have been ordering tanks from Drayton Tanks for many years now, great company to deal with, very professional and efficient.

My husband Luke and I recently purchased some bespoke cold water tanks from you for some house renovations. Having had to deal with (it seems like) hundreds of different companies and tradesmen, and their varying levels of customer service, we just wanted to let you know that the level of service we received from Drayton was excellent. The staff that Luke spoke to were very helpful, delivered what we asked for and were very prompt and efficient. This should be the way that all companies operate but unfortunately it isn't. Thank you for all your help with our project, the tanks you supplied are exactly what we wanted, they work perfectly and thanks to you, and a bit of plumbing, we have now got running water. Which is fab.

The storage bin has just been delivered and it is exactly as described: solidly made and with a good firm closure which I need as it will be used for storing bread flour. The castors are a useful addition! With thanks for such efficient service.

shelving was needed for an urgent job, builders coming in to knock a wall down, ordered from UK Shelving, arrived 2 days early (BRILLIANT) ended up ahead of the job, product was brand new in great condition when delivered, even carrier was helpful, cannot stress how good this company was. highly recommend.

To be fair, id never heard of UK Shelving, but I thought I'd give them a go. I have to say I was very impressed. The item sent was a described, in good condition and was the cheapest I could find anywhere on the Internet. Delivery was made before the expected date too. So all in all, I was really impressed and would be happy to use them again.

We had one of your contractors out today to look at our faulty racking in Debenhams Redditch and I have to say he was excellent in all aspects of the job. Not only did he fix it but he also got a vac into all the grooves front and back and tidied up all of his mess. In this day and age of consumer complaints it was lovely to have such a great service from your colleague and felt I had to pass this on.

After days of trawling through web-sites and phone books, getting more and more quotes and getting even more confused, someone put me in touch with Megarax, one phone call is all it took. They came over, explained everything in such a way that even I could understand, listened to my requirements, and worked with me to achieve this. They were never too busy to listen to any concerns or questions I had, and I know I can still call them if I need to, which is a great relief. The end result is an amazing warehouse, at an achievable cost.
