of rotary cutting tools and pneumatic tools for the aerospace and automotive
industries. Based in Hertfordshire, Craig Tools has over 60 years' experience
manufacturing and supplying high-quality rotary cutting tools, pneumatic tools
and consumables to customers in the UK and worldwide.
Craig Tools
International is the UK and European branch for Craig Tools Inc, which was
founded in 1958 with one sole purpose: to manufacture the very best rotary
cutting tools for the aircraft industry.
Over the years we have expanded
by acquiring the assets of Bardolph Aircraft Tools and joining forces with ATA
Engineering Products. These partnerships have helped us expand into many
challenging areas including router cutters, CNC laser cutters, woodworking
machines, and tooling solutions for aerospace and automotive manufacturing.

Since 1958, Craig Tools has become a significant

We have become a volume producer of rotary cutting
tools for aerospace and automotive clients, whilst maintaining our specialist
cutting tool engineering roots. Our standard catalogue range is focused on the
needs of both industries, with production primarily based on customer print
specifications.
Thanks to our highly skilled engineers and technical
expertise, we are a prime source of 'microstop' tooling for major airframe
builders, automotive manufacturers, maintenance and repair facilities throughout
Europe.
Our range of rotary cutting tools includes high speed steel,
polycrystalline diamond, cobalt steel and carbide cutting tools. To complement
these tools we also offer a range of fastener installation and hole preparation
tools and equipment.

150 Series countersink cutters made from the finest high-speed steel or cobalt.
Carbide Tipped Stop Counterbores
Our 730 Series carbide tipped stop counterbores excel in cutting highly abrasive materials. Ideal for spot facing "exotic" and "difficult to machine" materials. All cutters are supplied with 1/64 corner radius.
Microstop Countersink Units (High Speed Heavy Duty)
The new CR596 Microstop Cages from Craig Tools are designed for the most demanding aerospace and automotive applications with 0.0005 incremental depth adjustment and continuous speeds up to 10,000 RPM.
High Speed Steel Reverse Countersinks
If you are working in restricted areas where it is impossible to utilise conventional countersink cutters, our 180 Series reverse countersink is the answer. Precision ground, form relieved and manufactured from the finest high speed tool steel. Comes as standard with 100° countersink angle.
