We are a small bespoke case manufacturing company with over thirty five years' experience within the industry, and are able to offer a wide range of custom case solutions to your transit, packaging and presentation problems: anything from standard cases with simple foam inserts to completely bespoke / custom cases, industrial cases, stitched bags, instrument cases and fully customised interiors.

Bespoke Case Manufacturers

Custom Made ABS Cases
Our hard sided custom made ABS cases are manufactured on strong, non-mitred aluminium frames and are available from a range of existing tooling or we can tool-up to make a complete special case if required. ABS is a type of plastic that combines great impact strength with high rigidity - in other words it's perfect for making cases that will take day-to-day knocks and bumps and still look good! Coupled with our strong but lightweight, non-mitred aluminium frames it's a perfect combination for almost any application. There is a wide range of latches, handles, hinges and fittings that may be used for this style of case. A minimum order quantity usually applies due to factory set up costs.

Aluminium Framed Transit Cases
Our Custom aluminium framed transit cases can be supplied to almost any dimension you require. Construction is aluminium faced birch ply but other materials may be used with alternative finishes and properties if required. Toggle lock and strut hinge fittings are face mounted and wheel / handle systems or castors are options. Cases are normally foam lined and fitted to house products safely and securely.

Waterproof Injection Moulded Cases
Our high performance waterproof injection moulded polypropylene cases offer a rugged IP67 rated protective case at a fraction of the price of some of the other manufacturers. We can now offer three sizes of the IP67 rated DuroCase which are light and tough and have 'pick and pluck' cube-cut foam in the case base for you to customise exactly the way you want it - supplied in layers to make cutting the foams a straightforward process. Waterproof injection moulded cases offer superior protection from the elements, water, dust and impact, making them suitable for a wide array of applications, ranging from marine, photography and on-location filming, outdoor sports like hunting and fishing, military applications, offshore and diving use, etc.

Lightweight Aluminium Attache Cases
The majority of the aluminium cases that we supply are bespoke build and subject to 5 off minimum order quantity but we do have some standard AluLite models. These lightweight attache cases feature aluminium frames, combination locks and are fully lined with lid paperwork wallet. AluLite cases are available in the standard sizes quoted on the website page and are normally available from stock.

Injection Moulded Polypropylene Cases
There are two ranges of polypropylene injection moulded cases available at a price that should fit almost any budget the addition of printing with logos and product information is a popular customer choice. Many sizes and colours are stocked. Please call us to discuss the requirement or alternatively email us.

PolyCases
These are specialists cases that can be manufactured to almost any size and specification required, they are extremely hard wearing. Due to the set up cost for PolyCases a minimum order quantity of 25 applies, please contact us to find out more.

AceCase
The popular AceCase is the ideal solution when weight is a major factor and upmarket appearance is crucial. Manufactured in the UK using innovative materials for a strong, lightweight alternative to the more traditional plywood based transit case. Aluminium sections are anodised for a premium look (colour options and printing are also available) AceCases may be made with trolley systems, wheels, latch together features and, like all of our bespoke cases, a custom / bespoke interior can be produced to meet your exact requirements.

Full Flight Cases
Our Full flight cases are a heavy duty construction made using 10mm or 12mm aluminium faced plywood to give you a case that will endure the toughest handling whist keeping the contents safe and secure. Latch, hinge and handle fittings can all be recessed into steel dished for protection. Stacking and 'latch on' fittings may also be used to enable 'towering' of multiple cases with the same footprint. Foam interiors & fabrication secures and protects items and equipment held inside. Wheels and handles are also available and can be fitted as required.

Small Instrument Cases
Our small instrument cases are designed to fit snugly around your portable devices, PDAï¿½s or tablets offering protection in use and for transportation. They can be manufactured in either PVC or Leather with neoprene screen covers and can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. Your company logo may be ï¿½blind embossedï¿½ or incorporated into the design. Due to tooling and set up costs, a minimum order quantity will normally apply.

Special Padded Bags
We are able to supply special padded bags and covers to almost any size and shape, enabling us to tailor the bag to fit your item exactly with handles, shoulder straps, foamed interiors and printing. Due to tooling and set up costs, a minimum order quantity normally applies to this particular type of product.

Medical & Scene of Crime Officer Cases
Our 'Call-out' lightweight medical cases are perfect for domiciliary use by doctors, nurses and chiropodists and feature combination locks for security, lid document wallet and self-cut foam in the base so that you can keep all of your items snug and safe. There is also a loose toolboard for storing small hand tools.

Tool Cases
Tool cases are available in a range of sizes and designs and range from stitched 600D polyester tool wallets, to top-of-the-range heavy duty ABS toolcases. If you have a small range of lightweight tools or a heavy comprehensive set of tools, we have the case that will fit the bill.

Medical, Chiropody, Service Engineers and Police SOCO cases are just four areas where we specialise and we are able to offer a wide range of alternative designs

From custom built interiors and vacuum formed housings through to many different grades and types of foam inserts, either fabricated, die cut or routed we can offer the perfect solution to the packaging or presentation problem. We also undertake special trade moulding and fabrication projects that do not necessarily go within a carrying case - please just ask.

Foam Inserts
There is also a wide range of foam available in many grades and types suitable for all case types. From packaging to presentation we can supply custom foam die cut, fabricated and CNC or water jet machined foam case inserts.
