Case Study - New Covent Garden Markets

New Covent Garden Markets, Nine Elms are re-developing the whole of the existing market which entails all of the existing tenants, approx. 30 no. to relocate into new premises, all of these premises needed a fully internal design and build package.

In 2020 Pegasus Storage Solutions were given the opportunity to assist one of the tenants with their design and build package, Bar Fruit Supplies.

Bar Fruit Supplies were extremely pleased with the way we carried out this project and we were very competitive so much so, that Bar Fruit recommended us to other tenants and over a period of 2.5 years we have successfully designed and built project for 15 other tenants with projects ranging from £150,000.00 to £1.2 million.

These projects included mezzanine floors, racking, shelving, cold store panelling, office fit outs, air conditioning etc.

The re-development of NCGM is to be carried out over 5 phases and we have just completed the second phase.
