Teknox Twister Parts Washer

The Twister uses water and a cleaning detergent that is heated up to 80*C, the water is recycled within the system.
The basket is slowly rotated during washing under the spray jets to remove machining oils.
The parts can then be rinsed in water and dried by compressed air or heated air blower.
After washing an oil skimmer can be operated to remove any floating oil from the surface of the water and collected in a waste oil container adjacent to the machine.
We manufacture our parts washers in Aisi 304 stainless-steel and chemically treat all the welded seams to prevent corrosion.
