Heavy Weight Industrial Parts Washing System

This Teknox Robur parts washer has an increased loading capacity of up to 2,000 Kgs for cleaning the clients railway wheels / bearings and other large heavy items.
Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless-steel this HT model also has an increased washing temperature of up to 80c with extra insulation in stainless-steel. This not only saves energy but also reduces the washing cycle times.
All welded seems are chemically treated to reduce corrosion risk increasing the working life of our parts washers.
Loading of the heavy parts can be undertaken by a single operator using the motorised stainless-steel loading platform. The enhanced washing process is achieved using increased washing pressure of 10 to11 bar with a flow rate of 600 lt/min. Washing is carried out by the action of upper, lower, and side spray nozzles in conjunction with the slow rotation of the torque limited geared washing platform.

After washing compressed air blows the excess washing water from the products and the final drying occurs from the residual heat of the products.

The high-capacity water tank is separate from the main washing chamber and it is mounted on the side of the machine and includes easily accessible particle filters. A pneumatically operated oil separator removes the waste oil contaminate from the surface of the water, ensuring increased working life of the cleaning solution.

Finally, the client requested the optional remote assistance support via the DGT V4 control panel that allows our Technical support staff to adjust power management parameters or investigate any operating issues quickly when required. The DGT V4 control board also allows the client to set a large range of pre-set programs for his different product washing parameters.
