Meet the team - Alison Briggs

Stanair Industrial Door Services Ltd News and PR from Stanair Industrial Door Services Ltd - Published 11 March 2020 Alison first joined the Stanair team back in 2005. Based in our Peterborough Depot, Alison is one of our wonderful Office Administrators.
In her role, she looks after our customers with any queries they may have and supports her fellow colleagues throughout the depot. Alison enjoys working with the people that make up Stanair and the work-life balance it provides.

Living local to Peterborough, Alison shares her home with her husband, son (23), twin daughters (20) and Jack Russell cross, Bella. Alison likes to stay active and regularly plays netball along with frequent trips to the local pool for a swim. She also reached another sporting milestone last year, completing her very first 10K running event on New YearÂ’s Eve. This is a far cry from AlisonÂ’s school days, as sheÂ’s confessed she used to hate running! After getting into the activity through a girlfriend, she trained and completed the 10K in a great time. Her husband and daughter also took part in the race, making the event a family affair. She now has a taste for the activity, and has already booked herself onto another 10K in March.

When not keeping active, Alison enjoys camping trips with her family and dog, Bella. She finds it a great way to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors at its best, and Bella gets plenty of walks in too!

It seems like 2020 is going to be another full and active year for Alison, and we look forward to finding out how her next 10K goes in March – good luck Alison!
