Stanair supported AFC Rushden & Diamonds U15's Whites

Stanair Industrial Door Services Ltd News and PR from Stanair Industrial Door Services Ltd - Published 31 May 2018 Stanair sponsored AFC Rushden & Diamonds U15’s Whites team are finishing their season on a high, holding on to their place in Division 1 of the Weetabix Youth Football League.
The team, who train twice a week at Higham Ferrers, have had an astonishing few years. Back in 2015, the team were in Division 3 of the league. Through sheer training and perseverance, the players have sky-rocketed the team through the divisions, winning back to back Championship titles earning them two division promotions. This success has lead them to compete in Division 1 for this season, which has been their most challenging yet.

Competing at the top level presented not only physical but psychological hurdles for the players, which provided some fantastic development opportunities too. The whole team rose to the challenge and were able to showcase their skills, along with all the hard work that had lead them to this point. The final match in May left the team finishing the season 8th on the leaderboard, meaning that they will be back to play once again in Division 1 next time.
