Higher Access News and PR from Higher Access - Published 01 July 2013 The Depot Manager/Hire Controller will manage effective day to day running
of a busy powered access depot and is very much a hands on role. This will involve recruiting, training and managing a new depot team; implementing company systems and procedures and maintaining service and quality going forward.

As a Depot Manager/Hire Controller you are a focal point for the co-ordination of hire equipment; you will process all orders placed through to completion and invoice. Responsibilities include identifying and arranging for equipment to meet schedules, liasing with workshop and drivers to ensure equipment is delivered to customers on time. Process on hires, off hires and exchanges on PC (knowledge of major hire system software such as Insphire is advantageous but not essential). Candidates should be able to display excellent communication skills along with a good telephone manner.
