M&M Turned Parts offer subcontract machining of precision turned parts from materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Established in 1990, M&M Turned Parts have developed into a reliable source for subcontract machining services. Investment in the latest technology CNC Sliding Head and CNC Fixed Head turning lathes has further widened our capabilities.
In essence, we offer precision machining of materials such as aluminium, brass, stainless steel, steel and engineering plastics. Various components are possible in both basic and complex form. Our flexibility allows for machining runs from 100 - 100000 components upwards.
These CNC machining services are backed up by a fully traceable ISO 9001 quality system. All components are checked on our Keyence Image Measurement machine which features the highest accuracy possible.
We have an environmentally friendly ECO Clean degreasing plant which offers class leading cleanliness of parts without adding any polution to the atmosphere.
