Liaising with potential suppliers has been a key part of this and, in early 2018, Laser Support Services are pleased to have had the opportunity to work closely with Acktar Advanced Coatings, thus adding a wide range of light absorption materials to the growing product portfolio.

Acktar foils and coatings provide users of their products with the ability to coat various opto-mechanic components and parts, camera lenses and sensors, vacuum components, and more, to ensure stray light does not interfere with other apparatus or equipment. With a wide selection of different foils and coatings available, Laser Support Services are pleased to act as the UK supplier of this must-have safety product.

Most of the foils and coatings now available from Laser Support Services can be custom cut to any shape, size and ordered in any quantity, a key factor for complex applications.
