The client is delighted with the prestigious look of the partitioning. The demountable design of the partitions has allowed for minor changes to be accommodated.
Our client required new workshops and offices in a new additional unit that the business acquired. In particular, they needed to accommodate the expansion of the business at Basildon.
The project was for the design and installation of a new partitioning system on the ground floor and on a mezzanine floor. The design also required 60 minute fire protected escape routes from the mezzanine floor.
The installation of demountable partitions formed a workshop area to the ground floor, 3 workshop areas to the mezzanine floor, 1 office and boardroom. Moreover, the work included the installation of a new ceiling to all areas on the mezzanine floor.
The client has now occupied the new site and is delighted with the prestigious look of the partitioning. In addition, the demountable design of the partitions has allowed for minor changes to be accommodated since occupation.
This has also lead to additional work in their original site.
