Dear All at Romstor, It hardly seems possible that it was last June when I met Romstor at the Essex Business Exhibition at Chelmsford City Racecourse. At that time, the idea of expanding our premises was just a pipe dream being considered alongside a full relocation. We’ve now fully moved in and this was fairly free of trouble thanks also to the work done by the electrical team . I’m dropping you this line to mark our satisfaction and pleasure doing business with Romstor. We considered three different quotes for this project; Romstor were not the lowest cost. David Hogartys’ attention to our (often changing) needs was central to our decision to work with Romstor, and this was supported by various visits by other Romstor people during the project. I have been dealing with Romstor for around 10 years now and always find them extremely helpful. I could not be happier with the service I receive from Romstor, they are very professional with the way they deal with the problems that I have sometimes in regard to the racking that is in the warehouse. They always comes up with a solution. As to the gentlemen who have just built some racking for us, they too were very professional, the way they came into the warehouse and started to assemble the racking was superb, they just got on with the job, not stopping for a break. Very impressed.
