I have been involved with Elaflex since January1975 when Elaflex GmbH, with production and huge R&D facilities in association with Continental in Hamburg, partnered with Powerflex Metallic Bellows, then based near Finsbury Park North London. Powerflex was part of the huge Tube Investments Engineering group, sadly broken up and disappearing at the Millennium. Many of the former TI companies are still there part of other groups today - Powerflex and the TI Flexible Tubes Companies, sadly not.

Elaflex (UK) Ltd most certainly has existed in the last 30 years plus just North of London in Hoddesdon Herts, and for the last 7 years or so I've been delighted to work in conjunction with them. In 2023 DITEC became part of the Elaflex Global family producing specialist large units for many industries and diverse Process Engineering Applications including Nuclear.

Securing this at the Billingham Plant (Close to Middlesbrough) with Jones Group, very pleased to get some as installed pictures from the Project Manager recently.

At some point in 2026 or 2027 there's likely to be further requirements on future phases.
