NEW INSTALLATION IN IN NORTH OXFORD

Being based in Cambridge I'm delighted to see this. Hope to also see some installed in Cambridge too. Both World renowned University Cities. The new narrower Verano CVK Trench at 290 mm wide is 60mm narrower than the old. It's going into production very shortly and installation should proceed in the next few weeks by the M&E Contractor. The new building known as Red Hall has caused a certain amount of controversy, I gather, with the vivid red roof https://lnkd.in/gX_qpYgU

It involved much discussion back and forth between Natalia Goljanek the Engineer and Wojciech Sledz, MBA at Verano HQ with the Consulting Engineers, to fine tune all. If the need should arise, I will attend site in full PPE during installation.

THIS IS AN ULTRA IMPORTANT ISSUE
Before putting any Project to tender make sure the QS involved has an accurate cost analysis. Don't frighten your Client, so the Project is way over budget using Trench that is not cost competitive. We've seen far too many of these. You as the Client, make sure to ask for VE (Value Engineering) post tender.
