storage is as old as civilized man. A water storage tank provides the water
storage for, irrigation, fire suppression, chemical manufacturing and drinking
water and many other possible solutions. Many different types of material are
used to manufacture water storage tanks and these can include plastics,
concrete, fibreglass and steel. A ground water storage tank is made of lined
carbon steel; it allows storage of water from a well, or from surface water.
Elevated water storage tanks, also known as water towers are elevated, and this
increases the water distribution system.
