Non contact Vision system for CMMs

The 036 Vision Probe employs 32 white individually controlled LEDs, that instantly direct
light onto the subject from any angle ensuring that key features and edges are enhanced allowing for faster and more accurate measurements. The CMOS bayer mosaic RGB sensor offers image resolution of 2048 x 1536 (QXGA) and frame rates of 6fps QXGA, 20fps XGA, 40fps VGA and 90fps ¼ VGA.

Furthermore, when integrated with Deva CMM control hardware and software, the 036 Vision Probe offers advanced auto-focus and high precision sharpness based position measurement.

When the 036 Vision Probe is part of a fully auto changing multi sensor CMM, then an
036-BRK module will be required. This module is now available in three new variants which are inserted in line with the multi-wire connection at the probe head and "break out" the USB signal required by the 036-AJN Vision Probe onto a mini-B connector.

The three new variants of 036-BRK are designed to be compatible with the PH10M and PH10MQ probe heads and offer either a horizontal or vertical exit for the USB connector.
An important feature of these new variants is the active switching circuit which allows compatibility with many more 3rd party devices which may share the multi wire connection.

Alternatively, the 036 can be easily mounted to your CMM via most common probe connection systems including Autojoint, TKJ and M8.
