Looking to retrofit a Mitutoyo Manual CMM?

Deva offers a Mitutoyo UD1 PCI card upgrade kit which includes a Deva001 PCIe Incremental Encoder Interface or Deva037 USB interface with plug and play cables.

Compatible with all machines using the UD1-PCI card. The new cable set plugs directly into the 50 way Honda connector on the machine and directly into the Deva001 or Deva037 axis and probe connectors providing retrofitters with an easy quick fit solution.

The standard cable is 5m long and the installer must specify the machine supply voltage of +12v or +5v when ordering.

The Deva 037 and 001 PCIe are designed to interface industry standard rotary shaft encoders and linear scales to PC compatible computers. Measuring position, velocity and acceleration in a wide variety of applications such as robotics, coordinate measuring machines and CNC tools.
The cased Deva 037 product can be supplied with or without power supply and includes a comprehensive software support package including libraries and examples for modern rapid application development tools such as Visual Basic, Visual 'C' and LabVIEW. Plug 'n' Play software support for 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/Win 7/ 8 and DotNET enables simple installation and automatic configuration of up to 6 interfaces supporting a total of 18 encoders.
To aid software development and provide a convenient kit of parts for retrofit solutions, Deva components are available as part of a series of development kits. These kits are complete with manuals, software SDK, utilities, connection kits and accessories etc.
