The Implementation Officer/ HR Officer will undertake a multi functional hybrid role to include the planning, development and implementation of the ISO 27001 standard as well as the HR responsibilities within the organisation. This will be a busy and challenging role with no two days the same!
Job:
To work closely with all departments within the business to help deliver and maintain the required level of Information Security ISO 27001 compliance in all areas of the business.
To demonstrate the drive and energy required to become a core team player in a busy IS Team within a diverse environment.
To maintain compliance to defined standards.
To demonstrate a high level of flexibility in dealing with different departments within the business, including travelling to other sites to assist in compliance projects.
The role will require the successful individual to ensure best practice in all HR areas and needs an experienced HR Assistant to assist with the following duties:
Maintain employee records in accordance with current legislation.
Assist in the monitoring and recording of employee data in order to support management.
Complete HR related written correspondence in a timely manner in accordance with current legislation.
Administration support in relation to on boarding new employees, training, disciplinaries and contracts.
Arranging interviews and distributing rejection/offer letters.
Internal/external induction process.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers at all times.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
In depth understanding of ISO27001/2 and PCI DSS.
Be able to assess and support the implementation of effective information security controls.
Be able to understand and articulate information security concepts and have the ability to engage and work in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills Ability to work using own initiative
Good telephone manner with ability to communicate both internally and externally
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
High level of IT literacy
Be able to work to deadlines with strong organisational and time management skills
Experience of working within ISO 27001 & PCI DSS Information Security Management, Security Architecting, Incident Response and troubleshooting, ISO 27001, Policy Development and Business Continuity
ISO27001 Auditor
Good understanding of HR contract and employment terminology
Experience in a HR Administrator or Assistant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organisation skills
Prioritisation/Time Management skills
