QUALITY MARK FOR CHAIN STOCKIST

Chaintec has been awarded ISO 9001 certification following an assessment by QAS International, an independent auditing body.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management standard that ensures organisations have proven administration systems and processes in place to meet customer requirements.

David Hassan, managing director of Chaintec, explained: “This is the first time Chaintec has applied for a QA standard and we’re delighted to achieve certification first time. We hope that this quality standard demonstrates to our customers that quality of service and product delivery is an important facet throughout the whole of the Chaintec business.”

He added: “Gaining this certification is another step forward in our ambitious plans for growth over the next couple of years and the refocusing of the business on our key strengths in distribution.”
