Llaneilain Church, Anglesey - Measured Laser Survey

DTM Technologies News and PR from DTM Technologies - Published 19 January 2016 Laser scanning at an historic Church on the Isle of Anglesey. Interior and exterior captured in one day, all ready for further processing in the office.
Llaneilian Church, site located about 1 mile east of the town of Amlwch. The original church dates back to 450AD. Masonry that still stands today, which forms part of the tower dates from about 1175 to the 15th century.

We digitally recorded this church with our laser scanner to produce an accurate multi million point cloud. The interior and exterior were captured in one day and is sub cm accurate. Digital drawing can be derived from the point cloud as well as animations. This could be used for recording or surveying prior to any structural work being carried out. The data is ideal for producing drawings for architects to use and develop drawing for refurbishments or alterations.

We carry out laser surveys and 3d modelling. Laser scanning is a complete site capture technology and can be used to create accurate measured drawing and 3d models.
Measured Laser Surveying. The ideal solution for capturing a building or structure in high detail. Quick and Accurate.
