Gardner Denver Thomas has extended its 5002F liquid diaphragm pump family with a compact twin head version.

This improves the pump characteristics giving a smooth, almost vibrationless operation over a broad pressure range. The configuration reduces the pulsation utilizing two opposed connecting rods, this design has already been tried and tested with the JADE family and is more efficient than one larger pump head.

Excellent chemical compatibility is combined with a high mechanical load capacity and self priming capability. There are a variety of elastomers, including hydrogen peroxide cured EPDM, which can be used in combination with a variety of structural plastics, such as Ridurid, to tailor the pump to your application requirements and further enhance chemical compatibility.

The pressure height amounts to an impressive 25 mH20 and the suction height is 4.5 m H2O. With 1,000 ml/min free flow in parallel operation, the 5002F Twin pump demonstrates high performance from a compact design.

Two grades of brushed or the extremely long life brushless DC motors options provide flexibility to satisfy a variety of markets.
