Utilising the deep drawing process best known in the aerospace and automotive production industries, DENIOS has now succeeded in bringing the deep drawing process technology into hazardous material storage with the creation of the UltraSafe spill pallet.

A new safety standard

With the deep-drawn UltraSafe spill pallet customers receive a product manufactured to the highest standards in terms of reliability and design. Constructed from a single piece of steel without seams, corners or edges, this sump offers the ultimate in safety when storing hazardous substances.

The UltraSafe spill pallet is suitable for storing 2 x 205 litre drums with a containment volume of 240 litres. It has a material thickness of 3 mm, is tested to standards and absolutely liquid tight. The UltraSafe is available either in a galvanized or painted finish , each with a galvanized grid which can be placed directly on to the edge of the spill pallet. Internal transport is facilitated by the integral base design that allows for easy forklift or pallet truck access from both sides.
