Our new Die Picker is the latest improvement we have invested in for our extrusion services. The BT Toyota Truck comes with handling adaptions which include an electronic checklist system and flexible free movement. This all adds up to our Team transporting dies to the presses fasterÂ…which means a faster service to you.

We hold over 15,000 dies at our UK factory in the Midlands from which we distribute to the whole of the UK. Our die storage area is divided into two sections holding dies unique to each press.

The Die Picker uses a hoisting system to carry our heaviest dies enabling us to produce profiles up to 165mm wide and up to 280mm tall on our 9" press.
