Stuga Machinery Limited, a market leading manufacturer of uPVC sawing and machining centres to the UK and Ireland windows and doors industry, has been acquired by Stürtz Group.
All of Stuga's Directors and staff are continuing with the business under its new ownership, working from its base in Great Yarmouth, as Stuga looks to benefit from the operational and technological synergies Stürtz can bring to them to add value to its customers.
