GRP One Piece
Storage Tanks |
|
For most applications and for tanks
situated outside with no access restrictions Our One Piece GRP
Storage tanks are the ideal solution. These tanks have no internal
supports or joints and a smooth internal gelcoat surface these are
some of our most economical tanks. The tanks can be
manufactured plain or with insulation, the internal surface resists
bacterial growth and all steel supports and externally fixed to the
tank walls and encapsulated within layers of fibreglass where
required. |
 |
|
One piece tanks can be
manufactured using one of three different resins:
-
Standard Tanks (Water up to 35 C,
Very mild chemicals)-
F & E Tanks (Water up to 70 C, Mild
chemicals)-
Chemical Tanks (Water up to 100 C,
chemicals)-
Key Benefits-
No Internal Supports or Joints-
Smooth internal bacteria resistant
surface-
Lids can be Apexed to cope with
Rain/Snow loads if required-
Insulated tanks available with HCFC
Free Foam-
Economical costs compared to
Sectional Tanks-
Manufactured to BS EN 13280: 2001

|
GRP Two Piece
Storage Tanks |
|
These Tanks with no internal supports,
Designed for projects where access may have some restriction (e.g.
Standard doorways), these tanks can be separated into two halves
along their height for access through the doors and corridors, then
can be easily erected once in position. These tanks are an excellent
alternative to Sectional panel tanks saving in some cases up to 50%.
|
 |
|
Two Piece Tanks have been designed to
provide a cost effective solution for tanks that need to go through
a restricted access but also costs less than a Sectional tank, These
tanks are split along their height allowing them to come apart and
be taken through doorways and corridors and similar pathways, These
tanks have a smooth internal gelcoat surface and no internal
supports.
Key Benefits:
-
No internal supports-
Smooth internal bacterial resistant
surface-
Lids can be Apexed to cope with
Rain/Snow loads if required-
Insulated tanks available with HCFC
Free Foam-
Cost effective solution to
Sectional tanks-

GRP Sectional
Storage Tanks |
|
When an area to be used for sitting a
tank has restricted access (e.g. doorway or hatch) and therefore a
one piece tank could not get access, the only solution left is a
tank made from panels and sealed, bolted and assembled in the area
once through the restricted access, this allows for a tank with a
larger storage capacity to be used in the same area and can be far
greater than the access into the area will allow. |
 |
|
Made from GRP tank panels usually
1000*1000mm the panels can be easily moved into position and
assembled into a tank by our team of specialists within the area
with only 500mm space around the tank.
Sectional Tanks are available plain or with insulation, and are
constructed from a number of GRP panels that are bolted and sealed
together on site, these tanks can be completely internally flanged
only requiring as little as 50mm around the tank to assemble, also
tanks that are externally flanged with either internal or external
flanged base, all sectionals come complete with sectional lid and
Inspection hatch, Sectional tanks with internal bases require a flat
fully supporting base where as an externally flanged based sectional
can be assembled on pillars or RSJ’s that are all the same level and
flat but must be a minimum of 500mm off the floor. |
|
Key Benefits:
-
Ideal For tanks that are to be
situated through a restricted access-
Insulated tanks available with HCFC
Free Foam-
1000 *1000mm Panels available as
standard, Specific panel sizes available on request-
Tanks up to 3m in Height with no
restriction on Length and Width-
Manufactured to BS EN 13280: 2001
