The 'MAST' System For Screening & Shelving

Our Mast system is a very versatile and adaptable contemporary screening, shelving and display system, with a limitless range of accessories, and can include integrated low-voltage lighting. It has a sophisticated design which is well suited for use in corporate, commercial and home interiors, including exhibitions, offices, café’s, reception areas and the Retail and Hospitality industries.

The Mast system is very strong and can be produced in different metals, with different finishes and can also be powder coated to many different colours. Mast be wall to floor mounted, ceiling to floor fixed, or completely freestanding – depending on your requirements. Mast can be used to support screening and room dividers or shelving and product displays, or various combinations of both, like when specified to create ‘Shop in Shops’ for example.

Mast screening comes in our different standard heights but it can also be produced with support posts of up to 3m high to enable secure ceiling to floor mounting and it can be used with a variety of different solid, accoustic or glass panels which can be screen printed.

Our Mast system can also support single or double sided shelving and can create long runs of shelving and graphic displays with back screening panels if required.

The Mast system has a comprehensive standard product range to suit most applications and we also offer complete custom design and manufacturing services to meet particular individual’s needs.

Cable Suspension & Display Systems

The Shopkit Group offers a wide range of suspended cable systems, components and accessories in 1.5 mm and 3.0mm diameter stainless steel cable options which allow for single and double cable drops to be fixed floor to ceiling, wall to ceiling or wall to floor to support shelving, graphics, shop window displays and internal and external banners and signage.

All our cable components are engineered from high quality silver satin anodised aluminium, black satin anodised aluminium, mirror polished stainless steel and satin polished stainless steel as standard, with other finishes including brass, chromed brass, copper and other coloured options available on request.

These systems are very flexible and adaptable and the quality of our production allows items such as shelving, graphics and window displays to be easily suspended and then repositioned when required, rather than being just ‘one use’ items.

Rod Suspension & Display Systems

Shopkit’s rod suspension and display systems and components are available from our Online Shop in 6mm mm and 12mm diameter formats. All our rod components are engineered from high quality silver satin anodised aluminium, black satin anodised aluminium, mirror polished stainless steel and satin polished stainless steel as standard, with other finishes including brass, chromed brass, copper and other coloured options available on request.

Our rod systems are very flexible and adaptable and the quality of our production allows items such as shelving, graphics and window displays to be easily suspended and then repositioned when required, rather than being just ‘one use’ items.

The rods are available in 500mm and 1m lengths and they are easy to assemble with one simply screwing into another to form any length required with an almost invisible join. Once assembled our rods can be used and fixed in many different configurations to provide rigid support for graphics, signage and shelving displays.

Architectural Signage & Modular Signage Components

We produce a broad range of architectural sign and banner support systems, including illuminated panel fixings with integral LED technology, and many different modular signage components in different metal finishes, to create exciting and long lasting internal and external eye catching state of the art signage.

Included in our ranges are, different styles of interior and exterior banner support systems and internal and external pylons and wall fixed projecting signs. We also produce way finding signage systems using rod, cables and different styles of panel fixings for both drilled and edge fixed panels and our wide range of existing sign fixings allow for many different fixing options, with bespoke components quickly available to suit unusual fixing situations whenever they might be required.

TZ Low-Voltage Lighting

Shopkit’s TZ contemporary low-voltage lighting range is elegant and hard wearing and is designed to provide directional spotlights as well as suspended catenary general lighting.

Our TZ low-voltage lighting range is designed to allow for exceptional freedom of movement and the exact positioning of the light beam. It can be cable or rod mounted or fixed directly to the fixing plane and as well as being used for more general lighting it can also be incorporated with display shelving or within glass display cabinets and counters.

The lamp holders and fixing rods (when used) are all produced in bright chromed solid brass for the best electrical conductivity and the great attention to detail taken during all stages of the manufacturing process ensures the system’s ease of use and its longevity.

Our low voltage lighting suspension cable is a special PVC coated tinned copper and stainless steel combination which is used in conjunction with very tough nylon and silver satin anodised aluminium isolating fixings – to isolate the cables which are powered by a remote transformer.
