Welcome to Delyn Packaging Ltd we were established in 2003 and have become leading Plastic Packaging manufacturers throughout the UK, mostly Plastic Food Trays but also Pots, Hinge packs, Blister Packs, Clam Packs, Inserts etc as well as products for non food applications.

Delyn are small and friendly plastic packaging manufacturers & suppliers offering very high levels of manufacturing flexibility and customer service at competitive prices. We supply Food Packers and non food companies from majors to minors including Tulip, Bakkavor/Geest, Sun Valley, Uniq to many non branded but high quality suppliers to Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco, M & S, Asda, Morrisons etc. as well as non food companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and other ‘Pharma’ and medical organizations.

As leading plastic packaging manufacturers we have built up an enviable reputation for the highest quality product, very low level of quality complaints and high service levels. Our range of products is largely bespoke with many ‘free to use’ trays covering sectors such as Meat, BBQ (burgers, Meatballs, kebabs) Wet Pasta, Salad, Cheese, Convenience Foods, Confectionery, Bakery etc and we work on a ‘made to order’ basis. Customers are able to place bulk orders covering 8 – 10 weeks requirements and repeat this frequently so material is always available with lead times kept short.

We have a highly trained team enabling our customers to obtain samples and quotes as well as being advised of available ‘free to use’ tools very quickly – where ‘exclusive’ tools are of interest, a low cost casting set can create a bespoke tray at a fraction of the new tool cost giving our customers an edge over their competitors – our aim is ‘Turning bespoke Standard’ and making special products available to all at no or low cost.

Delyn Plastic Packaging Manufacturers deliver to the entire UK – lead-times are approx 4 weeks for the first order (material leadtime is 4 weeks) thereafter repeat orders can be 2 to 3 days if bulk orders are placed.

Delyn are a ‘bespoke’ supplier of Thermoformed Plastic Packaging and specialise in designing packaging to fit our customer’s product. We also have quite a range of tooling which, if the correct length and width is establish, can be modified to change the internal shape and depth (shallower or deeper) for a much lower cost than a new tool. Delyn always work with customers to develop tray designs which maximize the performance and sale rate of their products creating an exclusive design for a nominal cost. The time scales and costs to achieve this are amongst the shortest and cheapest in the industry with prototype samples taking a week or less and new tooling usually in four weeks.
