Plastics Ltd based in Leicester, is a UK Plastic Injection
Molding Company with over 45 years experience supplying Injection
Molded Products manufactured from Injection Moulded Plastic.
We offer our customers Injection Molded Plastic Parts, Injection
Molded Plastic Products and Injection mould tool room design and
Production. Combined with a first class Technical Service to match.
We welcome customers old and new and like the opportunity to get
involved early in a project so we can assist in the design of a
product to reduce time to production and expensive tooling.
FREE Tooling Design Help
Our unique FREE Tooling design help can dramatically reduce tooling
costs as well as time to production. We base this on year's of
experience in tooling design and manufacture. A complete
understanding of how an injection mould is produced means that we
can often offer different ideas in order to get the same final
result but with a lower tooling cost.
Design Software
We use Solidworks Cad for all our major design, and Mastercam Cad
Cam for production of the tooling this giving us the best from both
worlds. Both packages will accept many different file types for any
cad designed files you may wish to provide.
Material Choice
We are often approached from customers asking what a suitable
material for a particular job may be. After many years processing
many different materials we can often suggest a material that will
suit the application. If its is beyond our experience we receive a
great service from our material suppliers who can then directly
recommend a type and grade that will work. Data sheets are available
upon request.
Assembly
We employ 20 staff in total and a major part of our services to our
existing customers is assembly. We can offer a full assembly service
including final packaging.
