We are a small manufacturing company with over twenty five years experience within the industry, and are able to offer a wide range of solutions to your transit, packaging and presentation problems: anything from standard cases with simple foam inserts to completely bespoke / custom cases and interiors.

The majority of the products offered are manufactured at our own factory in Barnet, Hertfordshire.
ABS Cases
Our hard sided ABS cases, on strong, non-mitred aluminium frames are available from either a standard range or as specials designed to your specific requirements. Standard black and HiGloss metallic silver are standard but special colour matched ABS material can be used, subject to a minimum order quantity.
Aluminium Cases
Available to many different specifications - from birch ply to lightweight hollow section polypropylene materials and with surface or recessed fittings, various wheel and trolley systems, stacking capability, etc. Options of ‘Smart Case’, ‘Transit Case’ or ‘Full Flight Case’ build spec’s are available, dependant upon the usage and environment and we will be happy to advise the most suitable style that is appropriate.
Polypropylene Cases
There is a comprehensive range of injection moulded polypropylene cases at a price that should fit almost any budget and printing with logos and product information is a popular option.
Polypropylene Copolymer Resin Cases
A range of ultra high performance polypropylene copolymer resin, IP rated, multi-function transport cases are also available. These offer dust / water tight protection to IP67 standards and are available in a range of standard sizes. Telescopic handle / integral wheels are available on some models.
Foam Inserts
There is also a wide range of foam available in many grades and types suitable for all case types. From packaging to presentation we can supply die cut, fabricated and machined foam case inserts and we also have the facility to hand cut prototypes so that one off's can be presented to clients and decision makers for sign off, prior to tooling commitment for a production run.
Bags
We are also able to supply special padded bags to almost any design but, due to tooling and set up costs, a minimum order quantity of 50 normally applies to this particular type of product.

From custom built interiors and vacuum formed housings through to many different grades and types of foam inserts, either fabricated, die cut or routed we can offer the perfect solution to the packaging or presentation problem. We also undertake special trade moulding and fabrication projects that do not necessarily go within a carrying case – please just ask. |
