Hydravalve (UK) Ltd was established in 1988 as a private limited company, started by partners Mr A Newham and Mr A Brown.

Starting with a single 1000 sq ft unit in Willenhall, West Midlands, the company now operates from the same address but added a further three units, for the extensive stock range. Now 21 years later, with very large stockholding of valves, electric and pneumatic actuators, hose and fittings, with a constantly growing portfolio to meet the requirements of an ever changing market place.

The product range, growing all the time, is only sourced through ISO approved suppliers, has helped established Hydravalve as long standing supply partners to major companies in various industries, including:- Original equipment manufacturers, in paint production, paint spraying, mixing, foundry, food and beverage, industrial washing, hydraulic industries. We are also very competitive and sell many of our products to other valve distributors as well as dealing with installers and fabrication companies.

Stainless Steel Valves

Our constantly growing range of Stainless Steel Valves now includes flanged PN16 and ASA150 Brass Ball Valves up to 6” 3 way ball valves screwed to 2” and flanged to 6” L port and T p ort. Check valve gate valve and Y strainer in screwed, ASA150 and PN16 Flanged up to 6” Wafer pattern check valves from stock up to 10” PN16. All valves are covered by material and test certification (3.1B).

Butterfly Valves

Are available from stock in sizes 1 ½” (40MM) to 20” (500MM) including 14” and 18” in lugged pattern ASA150 and PN16. Wafer pattern (universal flanging) with stainless steel, ali-bronze and ductile iron discs, with EPDM and NITRILE Liners up to 20” and VITON, SILICON and PTFE on EPDM up to 12” Available with lever, gear box and actuated operators.

Pneumatic Actuators

We have an assembly shop which gives the customer a same day option (no Surcharge) on pneumatic actuation of ball and butterfly valves In Aluminium ATEX approved pneumatic actuators up too 723NM spring return, 2067NM double acting In stainless ATEX approved actuators up to 180NM single acting and 469NM double acting and In plastic (polyamide) ATEX approved up to 64NM single acting and 165NM in double acting. We compliment this range with accessories like switch boxes, Solenoid valves and positioned boxes for all electrical specifications.

Pneumatic Actuators

ITAP, Italian manufactured gate, ball, Y strainer, pressure reducing valve, and also a competitively priced valves Manufactured in the Far East for Air and Water applications. Our range of Bronze valves will be in stock shortly. Along with a complete range of Cast Iron products.
