Keith Payne Products Ltd News and PR from Keith Payne Products Ltd - Published 24 October 2013 Surrey’s premier gasket manufacturer and non-metallic material converter has moved its manufacturing operation after 35 years.
SurreyÂ’s premier gasket manufacturer and non-metallic material converter has moved its manufacturing operation after 35 years.
Keith Payne Products was the first tenant on the old concrete manufacturing site of HewittÂ’s Ltd.

HewittÂ’s specialized in concrete paneled buildings from which the whole estate is constructed.

During its 35 years Keith Payne Products has had many landlords, the latest being Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd who took over the ownership of the site from Rutland (Cranleigh) Ltd in May 2013.

When asked about the move, Keith Payne, managing director of Keith Payne Products Ltd, said:

“We are a very well established company and the short term licenses being offered at Hewitt’s were not suitable for the continued growth of our company. Manfield Park has modern buildings with better facilities and a more pleasant outlook. This will give us the potential for growth and will secure our future for many years to come.

The conversion of rubber sheet foams to various shapes is not the most exciting of operations but it keeps our team of 18 people employed, paying our way in taxes and VAT (unlike some other well know organizations – we don’t sell coffee or operate internet search engines).

With this move our company’s future is secure and we look forward to another 35 years of trading.”
