New ERP/MRP system implementation

In June 2021 AVMR started the rollout of their new ERP/MRP system. This will enable considerable improvements in control across the company, and has already helped them drive down their already low rubber moulding industry prices.

AVMR have won a number of tenders recently based on their high value for money, which is now only expected to improve further.

The project, which is a considerable size, is being run by an internal team who have shown high levels of ownership and consideration to the significant levels of complexity held within this business.
