Cranage EMC and Safety Spring Newsletter

Cranage EMC and Safety (Medical Testing) News and PR from Cranage EMC and Safety (Medical Testing) - Published 26 April 2021 Brighter times are ahead and we are looking forward to our exciting expansion, which has just got underway!
We are grateful to have had a busy start to the new Financial Year at Cranage EMC and Safety.

As usual, we start our newsletter updates with UKAS news. March saw us have our annual UKAS audit, and although it was a virtual affair, it has was just as busy for the team. We're pleased to have had another successful audit, confirming we maintain our high standards of technical expertise and reliable, accurate testing methods.

We also continue to extend our UKAS schedule and are now accredited for IEC/EN 60335-2-30 and IEC/EN 60335-2-43. These particular requirements for household and electrical appliance standards are for room heaters, and clothes dryers and towel rails respectively. These updates coincide with the Manufacturers Association of Radiators and Convectors (MARC) "You are what you Heat" campaign, highlighting the importance of having quality UKCA/CE marked radiators and heaters.

As well as EMC and Safety testing, we offer a comprehensive range of Environmental test chambers. We've recently started work on an exciting new project to be able to be able to offer full climatic testing abilities, in anticipation of global UK exports. We are looking forward to being able to share more details in the coming months on how this new project can help our customers!
We're excited about work starting on our new extension to be able to offer more services to our customers. Watch this space!
