However, in this post we are going to be taking a closer look at just one of these “steps” and specifically a service we provide within this step.

A service that we provide when consulting with clients/contractors is visual renders. We deliver these rendered images to help the client understand EXACTLY what they are being offered in the quotation. Some people are more visual than others and we find providing a rendered image of the washroom we have quoted for really helps potential customers understand exactly what they are getting.

As well as the above, the rendered images also help with colour selections, seeing a swatch card with small samples is great for showing a client the range of colours available to them but it can be difficult to imagine the colours on a larger scale, this is where our renders come in and show them EXACTLY what they are getting. Of course they can also use this to decide they would like to see other colour combinations requiring multiple revisions, this is all part of the process of helping the client arrive at a final design they are really happy with.
