Dragon Enterprise and Self Storage Centre have been working with small, new and growing businesses for over 3 years now in Southend and due to high interest and growing popularity, have expanded into Witham.


With this new site, Dragon can offer affordable office space in the iconic Mill, as well as the smaller buildings based in Cullen Mill’s square. The Southend site has built a great community-style spirit with young businesses learning from larger companies in the Centre; Something we hope to echo here in Witham. The Self Storage units are based in Cullen Mill too. The custom built self storage units range from 10 sq ft to 125 sq ft and offer great space for storing domestic or business goods. With no minimum stay and long term contracts with discounts, units start from £24 (per month inc. VAT). Dragon also has a man-with-van to make moving in day even easier!

Cullen Mill is also home to the brand new and exclusive Retro Hub Cafe. With a menu to suit all, serving everything from takeaway breakfast through to late night dinner and drinks, the Retro Hub Cafe boasts vintage inspired decoration in a comfortable and inviting surrounding.

Opening in mid-May, a large event space joins the Retro Hub Cafe and can be hired out by all for any occasion – networking events, conferences, business meetings, birthday parties, anniversaries, local community groups etc. We hope to be a part of the local community so welcome in any suggestions for events and group meetings, as well as inviting all members of the public to relax, enjoy and make yourself at home in the Retro Hub Cafe’s dining space.
