Industrial robot specialist, TM Robotics is attending MACH 2018 supporting its new UK distributor, RARUK Automation on their stand: H19-238. The exhibition, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from April 9 to 13, 2018, is the UKs premier event for engineering-based manufacturing.
Organised by the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), the biennial exhibition is an incredibly popular event for leaders in the UKs manufacturing sector. The 2016 event was attended by 25,627 visitors over the five days and exhibitors attributed a total of £150 million in new business to the show.
MACH 2018 also marks the beginning of a new collaboration between Toshiba Machine partner, TM Robotics and its new distributor, RARUK Automation. Following a search for a strong UK sales partner, TM Robotics chose RARUK because of the companys in-depth technical knowledge and clear understanding of the UK robotics and automation market. RARUK has an extensive sales team, but this is backed up by a team of highly technical automation engineers.
At the show, TM Robotics will be demonstrating its SCARA robot in conjunction with RARUK Automations FlexiBowl feeder throughout the week-long exhibition. RARUK Automation was recently appointed as the official UK distributor for TM Robotics full range of SCARA, cartesian and 6-axis robots.
MACH is the ideal platform to demonstrate how well Toshiba Machine robots integrate with other components of automated processes, said Nigel Smith, managing director of TM Robotics. Our high performance SCARA robots are able to perform reliably at maximum speeds with continuous operation. Ideal for moving small parts, the SCARA machine is the perfect match for a bowl feeder like RARUK Automations FlexiBowl. Whether you need to automate processes in food, pharmaceutical, automotive or even cosmetics manufacturing, this is the ideal combination for you.
We will also be launching the TVM 6-axis robot range at the trade show. The new cost-effective TVM model is a vertically articulated robot series suited to support at a multitude of industries, including automotive components, plastics, medical, packaging, and pharmaceutical, due to its high productivity in transfer and assembly and lightweight, reliable design.
Visitors to stand H19-238 can discover the benefits TVM900 machine, which is unique in its class. This robot can handle a payload of 20kgs with an arm reach of 1100mm, and when combined with Toshiba Machines robot vision recognition package, TSVision3D, the TVM also supports easy implementation of bin-picking automation.
TM Robotics supplies the full Toshiba Machine SCARA range, which includes the THP, TH, THL and THE machines, to the UK, Europe and America alongside all Cartesian and 6-axis ranges. To arrange to meet the TM Robotics team at MACH 2018, call +44 (0)1707 290370 or email
