The price of plastics going into the Chinese export market has dropped considerably since the new Chinese leader announced a crackdown on pollution, and in some cases it is improving impossible to export some materials.
The export of a lot scrap plastics to china is completely unnecessary as the infrastructure and ability to recycle the plastics to a usable end material in more environmentally friendly manner already exists in the UK .
