Turner Access Ltd News and PR from Turner Access Ltd - Published 03 November 2016 Long-standing customer Scaffolding Solutions are currently winning some very high profile work in North America. One project underway is the Basilica of the National Shrine in Washington DC.
The project involves the refurbishment of the internal Trinity Dome. Scaffolding Solutions, using Turner OCTO®, have provided access to facilitate painting and re-tiling.

The design of the scaffold structures was integral in winning the project. This originated from TurnerÂ’s Design Department with on-going support being provided to Scaffolding Solutions and the main Client.

Recently, the Archbishop of Washington Cardinal Donald Wuerl held a blessing in the church, 160-feet above the floor of the basilica, on a structure built using Turner OCTO® System Scaffolding. This has created an elevated studio to allow the artists to start piecing together the dome mosaic.
