- Amut agent Renmar has recently taken an order to supply for the first time to a local company extruding a range of profiles in various grades of PETG, ABS, PMMA and PVC. We are pleased to have been chosen as the new supplier and being part of the customers expansion and replacement machinery program.
- Amut/Renmar are pleased to announce the successful installation of 6000kg/hr PET flake wash plant at Ecoplastics, Hemswell site, the system is used to produce flake suitable for re-sale to the open market aswell as their own in-house application for the Continuum plant. - Renmar successfully supplied two box handling systems to a major blow moulder who operate on a in-house or through the wall scheme. The systems included in-feed conveyors, transferring to another conveyor with count/filling then finally onto a gravity roller tracker unit, the system freed up man power enabling one person to operate two machine whereas before it require three people.
- Renmar supplied two gravimetric four station blenders to local blown film manufacturer; the order was secured against stiff competition and these could be part of a possible replacement programme being considered for 2013.
- Renmar successfully install 3 various sized granulators at different site for the prison service based on the individual requirements, range from in-house moulding recycling through to a large granulator for recycling of PVC window profiles as part of major contract.
- Renmar supplied a Cumberland 4050 granulator to customer for recycling of PET beer glasses, the unit was successfully installed mid-year and formed part of special deal between the customer and a well-known recycling service provider, this is seen to be the first of many to be rolled out over several sites in the UK.
- Worcestershire based Southco Manufacturing has placed a large order for mould temperature controllers from Renmar.
The company chose 26 x AEC TCU100 units with an advanced controller packager, after carrying out independent flow tests from which the AEC unit provided the highest flow rate of those reviewed.
