AQUISITION OF LONG STANDING PARTNER IN HANOVER

The company has held sole responsibility as the ISGUS distribution centre for Lower Saxony since 1990. They have served many customers and key accounts in all areas of public service, within industry generally, including a variety of diverse business sectors.

The company’s managing director, Cord Imhülsen, is due to retire in the not too distant future, and on the basis of our close mutual relationship with ISGUS Vertriebs GmbH, it appeared logical to maintain established continuity and transfer the “reins” to a business partner and company it has been in collaboration with successfully, for many years.

ISGUS Vertriebs GmbH is a subsidiary of ISGUS GmbH and has our full support extended to them with effect from 1 July 2016. The team in Hanover, are already familiar with their extensive customer base and continue to serve them and the new business marketplace with their proven expertise.
