New technology provides new opportunities for McArthur Group

McArthur Group’s investment into a revolutionary robotic welding machine has seen exciting new developments in the production of both Bow Top Railings and Pedestrian Guardrails.
Installed at the Brislington manufacturing plant in Bristol, the welding machine reduces lead time while increasing quality and performance of the fencing systems.
The twin arm Kemprac welding system allows both sides of the robot to be controlled and programmed independently enabling us to assemble two different fencing systems at the same time.
With panels being produced every 6 to 8 minutes this once again shows McArthur GroupÂ’s strategy towards continuous improvement and moving forward in the market. McArthur Group now have the ability to stock Bow Top Railings and Pedestrian Guardrail Railings at all of our UK distribution branches.
