Network EQ acquires Leading Edge Hosting

The acquisition will accelerate the growth of Network EQ and provide additional revenue in order to continue improving the company’s service offering. Network EQ are well positioned to handle the increase in their customer base due to their investment in a scalable and flexible infrastructure.
Network EQ were chosen as the preferred buyer since Leading Edge and Network EQ share similar values and a commitment to service excellence.

Chris Cook and James Huxtable, partners at Leading Edge Hosting LLP, said:

Over the coming months Network EQ will be migrating Leading Edge’s customers to Network EQ’s own infrastructure at their primary site in Hemel Hempstead, using the proven XenServer-based platform Network EQ have developed over the last four years.
