Heald Ltd News and PR from Heald Ltd - Published 28 October 2014 Following from the success of the surface mount Matador series and shallow mount retractable Raptor, Heald is proud to announce the arrival of the shallow mount Fixed Raptor static bollard.
The Hydra is a brand new system for controlling and monitoring multiple Heald automatic bollard, blocker or barrier units. It facilitates remote monitoring of units not only via traditional control panels but also via standard SMS message or via an app installed on a tablet computer. As well as opening or closing blocker units remotely, users can receive detailed monitoring reports, giving full details of any faults. The Hydra will intelligently control remaining functioning units in an array, allowing continued use even with one unit disabled.
