The modular design allows the cell to be fitted to either side or between two Robodrill machines, and can be expanded with additional cells to increase working capacity. It offers the flexibility to handle payloads in excess of 10kg with part sizes ranging from a few millimetres thick to around 200mm high. Parts loading can be from conveyor, bowl-feeder or manually loaded parts trays depending upon individual customer needs and production schedules.
ROBODRILL Alpha D21iA5
The FANUC Robodrill Alpha D21iA5 is an all-in-one Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining centre, providing unrivalled quality and precision. It is suitable for applications that require fast and precise drilling, utilising optimal acceleration and deceleration control for shorter cycle times, directly driven axes for quick acceleration, and a highly dynamic spindle with 10,000 or 24,000 rpm.
Less compressed air and intelligent control technology provides over 40% in energy savings. The FANUC Robodrill is also the most robust, reliable and versatile CNC machine on the market.
