Introducing Our New Antique-Aged Metal Patinas

Our team has been working diligently to develop three new antique-aged metal patinas for our copper sheets, brass sheets, and zinc sheets. These unique finishes are designed to enhance metal cladding, interior design features, and splashbacks.

Our first offering is the Antique-Aged Brass, a refined version of our standard aged brass finish that exudes vintage charm and authenticity. The Antique-Aged Copper provides a similar treatment to aged copper, adding a touch of elegance with a weathered appearance. Lastly, the antique-aged zinc finish offers a vintage and authentic appeal that can transform any metal surface into a work of art.

How it's Done

These antique aged metal patina finishes are hand-applied in our patina studio, making each piece one-of-a-kind and unable to be replicated with any other type of finish. The unique beauty of these finishes can be seen in our Flickr Gallery.

To further enhance and protect the patina, we offer the option of finishing with beeswax or clear lacquer. Beeswax not only protects the surface but also brings out rich colours, allowing the patina to develop further over time. Alternatively, our clear lacquer comes in two grades - standard and hard-wearing, perfect for decorative items and high-traffic areas respectively.

You can view a recent project for the JJ Mack Building in London, where we clad hundreds of square meters of panels in antique-aged metal, using antique brass. We offer these patina finishes on our products and on sheets up to 3m x 1m and 8ft x 4ft.
