The automation cell is based on an ERGO+ series machine with a 4-cavity tool, demonstrating the different setting possibilities regarding various cavity volumes with our needle shut-off system. The injection is carried out via a 4-nozzle MAP.crb pinpoint cold runner. For the automatic removal of the products, a servo-driven linear axis with a 4-part gripper is attached. The demolding is supported by air nozzles integrated into the tool. Our exhibit is rounded off with the stand-alone valve gate control device, MAP.valvegate.

To ensure our customers additional efficiency in the production of rubber and elastomer articles, we also offer state-of-the-art cold runner systems, which you can also see for yourself at our booth.
