In particular thanks go to:
Mirek: for explaining the courses available, explaining the email needed from DVLA and sorting out the CPC practical
Jenita and Ruth: for reuniting us with lost paperwork after the CPC practical
Jinesh and Rishi: for finding us a road test slot so quickly, switching it to C and then back to C+E with just 3 days to go.

Of course special and deep thanks to Kevin (please forward if I have guessed his email incorrectly) for staying with Archie through what was a shaky start, switching him to rigid, growing his skill and confidence, seeing and nurturing Archie's potential. Re-igniting a desire in Archie for class 1 with a session on the Artic. And then getting him up to pass the reversing and road tests on the draw bar - all in 11 days.

Finally: thanks to you Neil for taking the time in a long call to me to explain a better route through to Class 1 for Archie and for taking a close interest in Archie including helping us agree a switch to rigid and then back again. All plans / re-plans were the right ones for where Archie was in his abilities and progress. Yours is a special company and we are very fortunate to have found you, the team at Wallace and in particular Kevin.

Wallace is a team of people who will go further to care for you, your son or daughter than it is possible to imagine. My son started training at Wallace with just three years small car driving experience. The company explained the best options for us and we started a C+E drawbar course. After two shaky days on the road and with a desire for "success" the team discussed the options and we happily switched to rigid (C) with my son soon passing the rigid reversing test. But with truly expert coaching and care our instructor saw a potential in my son for a C+E pass and took him out for a short session on an Artic mid course. This boosted my sons confidence and re-ignited a desire and all agreed a switch back to drawbar training was the right thing to do. He then passed the drawbar reversing test and went on to pass the drawbar C+E - all in 11 days and at the first attempt.
