To further complement our range of state of the art machinery our manufacturing facility houses a range of specific equipment such as honing, slotting, pressing etc to allow us to deliver both single and bulk orders in the fastest possible way.

Capacity

CNC Precision Machining

Our highly capable range of vertical machining centres include the Dah Lih with a very generous machining area of 1250mm x 650mm and incorporates the added advantage of full 4th axis capable of swinging a full 500mm in diameter.

The HAAS machining centres at XL Precision include both 4th and 5th axis machines with high pressure through the spindle coolant giving us the ability to tackle almost any job.

Sliding Head Lathes

With an ever expanding capacity we now operate six Star Sliding Head 7 axis twin spindle machines allowing us to machine both ends of the component which in effect halves the time of production. These savings can then be passed on to our customers.

The six Star machines mentioned above have also been designed to run unmanned for sustained periods giving us the opportunity to run them 24/7 on certain components particularly electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic machined parts.

CNC Turned Parts

XL Precision have various CNC lathes from standard 2 axis through to 7 axis ready to tackle the most complex and demanding CNC truned parts so you can rest assured when you place an order you know your CNC turned parts will be machined to your exact specifications and delivered on time every time.

Stock Holding

Apart from our comprehensive range of state of the art machinery and ancillary equipment XL Precision also offers customers a Stock Holding Service.

This service provides our customers with the added advantage of being able to order the specific part they need without the wait.
