Thermoseal Group is dedicated to Insulated Glass. With over 40 years'
experience in the window industry, Thermoseal Group is the largest
specialist insulted glass component manufacturer and distributor in the
UK.
We supply the largest combined volume of spacer bar into the UK and
International market, as well as over 2,500 other insulated glass
components and a range of glass manufacturing machinery.

Thermoseal Group supplies insulated glass components including Spacer
Bar and Accessories (Aluminium, Thermobar and Thermoflex Warm Edge, as
well as Steel); Gas fittings; Georgian Bar and Accessories; Molecular
Sieve Desiccant; Decorative Lead, Bevels Films and Accessories;
Sealants and Glass
Machinery.

Injection moulding has become a focus of the business so that we can
offer our own range of quality products developed in-house including:
Corner Keys; Georgian Edge Keys and Cruciform Fittings or Centre Keys as
they are sometimes referred to as The Combi Cross mix and match Georgian
Cruciform is our own invention.
As a Group, we put innovation at the heart of what we do and we have a
willingness to develop our industry as a priority. We offer a guaranteed
quality of product along with a reliable and timely delivery of goods by
our dedicated team of drivers. We are the only UK manufacturer of IG
components with a fleet of over 30 vehicles to ensure a dependable
delivery service.

We are dedicated to improving standards and shaping the future of the
insulated glass industry, and are members of the Glass and Glazing
Federation (GGF) and Bundesverband Flachglasd (BF). Our dedicated UK
teams in Birmingham, Wigan, Kent and Belfast provide a bespoke service
to deliver nationwide on our own vehicles, while international sales are
directed through our European sales team and network of distributors.
In recent years, we have begun large scale in-house manufacturing of
flexible and rigid warm edge spacers and developed our injection
moulding division.
We have invested in excess of 5 million to develop our manufacturing
capability, and also have our own Technical Centre with the latest
equipment for research and development of next generation products. As
the only insulated glass component supplier in the UK with in-house
EN1279 testing, we are able to conduct ongoing quality testing for both
our own products and those brought in. we operate to ISO 9001:2015 and
ensure that we comply with CE Marking requirements.
We make it our business to ensure that we provide a tailored supplier
support system for customers. As an Investor in People for over 30
years, people are important to us, both within the business and our
customers and suppliers alike.
